TROPICAL SMOOTHIE WITH PINEAPPLE AND MANGO

The grey weather might not make you feel like having a fresh smoothie (we totally get it if you're more into stuffing your face with our speculosu or brownies), but we created a smoothie recipe that doesn't just look like the sun, it tastes like it too! Considering no one knows what the sun tastes like (we wouldn't recommend trying to find out either), we consider our argument valid. Get your blender out and make yourself a liquid version of the sun. Let's beam!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes // SERVINGS: 1 // MEAL: breakfast

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 large pineapple
- 1/2 mango
- 1tbsp shredded coconut (and more to top)
- 1tsp lemon juice

STEP-BY-STEP

1. Roughly chop the fruit and throw all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Top with more shredded coconut.

*The smoothie can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
