OAT MILK
(5 minutes // 6 servings)

- 1 cup oats
- 6 cups water
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp maple syrup or 2 medjool dates

In a blender, mix together all ingredients. Then transfer to a milk bag or siff the liquid. Pour into a glass bottle and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

CASHEW CREAM CHEESE
(5 minutes // 4 servings)

- 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
- Squeeze of lemon
- 4tbsp nutritional yeast
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2tsp mustard
- (1/2 to 1 cup of water)
- 1/2tsp cayenne

Blend the cashews, lemon, mustard, cayenne, and water until the consistency is smooth and somewhat runny. Then add nutritional yeast and salt and pepper. Blend again. The cheese sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to one week.
