INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oats- 2 heaped tsp shredded coconut
- 2 heaped tsp chocolate drops
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (not cream!)

1. Mix all ingredients and leave to thicken overnight.PECAN PUMPKIN PARFAIT

- 1/2 cup oats- 2tbsp chopped pecans
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp allspice
- 1tbsp maple syrup or other sweetener
- 1/2 cup water or plant milk
- 2tbsp pumpkin puree

- 1 small, grated carrot
- 1/2 cup water or almond milk
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp allspice
