INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup spelt flour- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
STEP-BY-STEP
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Mix together all dry ingredients, then add the oil and plant milk. I used oat milk for this recipe, but any milk would work just fine. Knead the dough, then add in the chocolate chips and knead again.2. Roll little balls and place them onto a baking tray. Bake 15 minutes, then leave to cool for an additional 15 minutes. The longer you leave them to cool, the crunchier they will get.
3. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
