INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
STEP-BY-STEP
1. Pop the kernels either in the microwave or on the hob, or any way of preference. We like to pop ours in the microwave by pouring the kernels in a bowl and place the lid on halfway, add a spinkle of water and heat for 3 to 5 minutes on 1000W.2. In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup and vanilla.
3. Pour the sweetener over the popcorn and mix well. Then sprinkle on the salt.
Sidenote: the popcorn will soften the longer you set it sit, so serve right away.
