INGREDIENTS
- 2 large onions- 1 whole cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 1 large broccoli stem, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1tbsp vegetable broth paste
STEP-BY-STEP
1. Thinly slice the onions and cook on medium heat until translucent. Once translucent, add cauliflower and broccoli.2. Cover the vegetables with water and add vegetable broth. Cook until the cauliflower is soft.
3. Blend the soup and add salt and pepper to your own taste. Serve hot.
